Cancellation timelines

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may be subject to a partial charge.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking free of charge at least 24 hours in advance, subject to Care Partner availability.
